NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS

This is notice of the Government’s intent to solicit from a single source for office space reconfiguration services. The period of performance for this requirement is expected to be less that one (1) year. The authority for this action is the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) which states, “For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. (i) Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name, or industrial mobilization).” The lessor is the only capable provider for these services.
