This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this
synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center
(NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive
basis to: ZMICRO, DUNS: 153647979, CAGE Code; 0XWT1, Address: 9820 Summers
Ridge Road, San Diego, CA 92121.

This requirement is for Replacement of the current ZMICRO Command Console 2U 19 and
Services.

Line item 0001: Console, Input-Output, Digital Computer QTY: 2, Unit: Each, Unit Price:
Line item 0002: Environmental Testing QTY: 1, Unit: LOT, Unit Price:
Line item 0003: Prototype Testing QTY: 1, Unit: LOT, Unit Price:

The Government intends to negotiate solely with ZMICRO under the authority of FAR
13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR
Par 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR par 12 Acquisition of Commercial
items, applies.

The applicable NAICS Codes is 334118 and the size standard is 1000(# of employees).

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source
believing that it can fullfill the requirement may submit a quote, may be considered by
the Government. Comments, question or concerns regarding this notice may submitted
via email ONLY to [email protected] by 30th June 2021, 07:00 am Pacific
Standard Time (PST). All responses received by this date 2nd July 2021, 08:00 am
Pacific Standard Time(PST) may be considered by the Government for the purpose of
determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is based upon
responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
