The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a purchase order to Pitchbook Data, Inc., 901 5th Avenue, Suite 1200, Seattle, WA 98164, on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for a subscription to the Pitchbook Leveraged Commentary & Data (LCD).

PitchBook/LCD is the most comprehensive source for global capital market data, particularly the private market with private equity and venture capital deals, M&A acquirer data, limited partner data, and leveraged loan news and analytics.  The service also provides mid-day and market closing information, capturing major events and changes which have influenced the markets over the course of the day.

No solicitation package will be issued.  This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by the closing date of this notice.

Responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information:

1.  The name of your company;

2.  Company Unique Entity Identifier.;

3.  POC name and contact information;

4.  The specific product(s) that your company offers that fulfills the same function as the items to be included on this order or evidence that your company is capable of providing the specific items mentioned above; and

5.  A description of that product(s) and its overall capabilities.

Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to demonstrate that the vendor is able to provide the goods/services outlined in this notice. It is the vendor’s responsibility to demonstrate how your product(s) is capable of providing the same functionality with the product(s) mentioned above.  The Government is not obligated to seek additional information from your company if the vendor fails to provide sufficient evidence of having a product capable of meeting the Government's needs. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
