NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT- ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND (ACC) REDSTONE ARSENAL has a requirement for Trilion Silver Support and Trilion Software Maintenance for TRITOP. This is a sole source with Trilion Quality Systems, IAW FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source. This sole source synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitue a solicition for bids, quotes, or proposals. The Government shall consider all responses received by 18 August 2021 1200 PM CST. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafied capability to fulfill the requirement.
