Enghouse Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) system maintenance support renewal

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS OR PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source for maintenance of IVR maintenance service for Enghouse proprietary software under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), the Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or competitive proposals. However, any proposals received by 3 June 2015, 10:00 A.M. MST will be considered by the Government. If SBA does not receive an acceptable response to this announcement by the afore mentioned date, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), negotiations will be conducted with Enghouse, Inc. as the only source, and a purchase order will be issued without any additional notices being posted. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or changes by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submissions of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.
