NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Developmental Variance Notice is hereby given that the Town of Cedar Lake Board of Zoning Appeal will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 7:00pm in the Cedar Lake Town Hall, 7408 Constitution Avenue, Cedar Lake, Indiana, to consider the application of: Owner/Petitioner: Daryl & Denise Dust, 13225 Colfax, Cedar Lake, IN 46303 Vicinity: 13225 Colfax Street., Cedar Lake, IN 46303 Legal Description: THE SOUTH 350 FEET OF THE EAST 110 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 34 NORTH, RANGE 9 WEST OF THE SECOND PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN LAKE COUNTY, INDIANA. Tax Key Number(s): 45-15-23-478-002.000-043 Request: Petitioner is requesting a Developmental Variance from Zoning Ordinance No. 496, Title VIII – Residential (R-2) Zoning District Section 4. B Front Yard and Section C. Metal and Post Buildings Title XXIII-Accessory Regulations: Section 1A: 2) Height of fourteen feet (14'), Maximum accessory size one thousand square feet (1,000 sq. ft.), Section 1A 2) a.
