NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Developmental Variance Notice is hereby given that the Town of Cedar Lake Board of Zoning Appeal will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 7:00pm in the Cedar Lake Town Hall, 7408 Constitution Avenue, Cedar Lake, Indiana, to consider the application of: Owner/Petitioner: Ryan & Amanda Early, 6241 W. 136th Avenue, Cedar Lake, IN 46303 Vicinity: 14323 Lake Shore Drive, Cedar Lake, IN 46303 & 14326 Lake Shore Drive, Cedar Lake, IN 46303 Legal Description: SURPRISE PARK ON THE LAKE ALL L.1 BL.2 S2. B. Front Yard: There shall be a front yard between the building line and the highway and street right-of way lines on all other streets, a distance of thirty (30) feet. E. Building Coverage: Not more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the area of the lot may be covered by buildings or structures. F.
