The purpose of this notice is to release a draft evaluation report for the Advancing Kosovo Together (AKT) Program. The non-public version of the report prepared by Social Impact, was received by DAI Global and upon learning that the report was in draft and non-public, DAI forwarded the draft report to USAID/Kosovo's Regional Contracting Office (RCO).

Given that the information in the report was non-public, and the information could inform an upcoming solicitation, RCO is releasing the draft report via this special notice to mitigate any potential conflict of interest.
