The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price contract on a single source basis to SonarSource SA for SonarQube Software Maintenance and Support Services. The NAICS code is 541519. In accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b), the contracting officer has determined that SonarSource SA is the only source that can support the SEC's requirement for SonarQube Software Maintenance and Support. This support service is unique to SonarSource SA and therefore not available from any other source.

The period of performance for the contract is one (1) year and the total value of the order will be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
