The Edgewood Chemical Biological Center (ECBC) has a requirement for NOx/HD pre-filter Teflon tubes and VGT Conversion Tubes. NOx/HD and VGT tubes are consumable items used with ECBC's thermal desorption instruments.
The government is procuring pre-filter and conversion tubes, as outlined in the table below:

Potential Offerors shall submit capability statement electronically. All responses
shall be prepared using 12 pt. font, 1 inch margins, 8.5" by 11", and shall not
exceed two (2) pages in length. The responses shall be compatible with the
Microsoft (MS) Office 2013 Suite.
