The National Publications Center (NPC) located in Chicago IL., has identified a FY10 bona fide need for a Xerox copier / printer to perform their daily duties. The office is located at 230 South Dearborn Street on floor 34.
The purpose of this RFQ is to replace the existing Xerox Printer that is being utilized by the on-site NPC Design and other FAS personnel to create high quality, printer ready copies.
The existing equipment has become antiquated and requires monthly maintenance in excess of $900. Extensive down time has also been experienced waiting for parts to be manufactured as parts are no longer kept on hand due to the age of the equipment.
