Nizhoni, Gallup, NM 87301, has an upcoming requirement for five (5) Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians, to perform on-site physician services to the eligible beneficiaries of the Indian Health Service. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621111 with a small business size standard of $14.0 million. 

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71023Q00015 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be issued on or by December 13, 2022.  Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by December 28, 2022, by 10:00 a.m. MST. The acquisition is a total 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set aside.
