The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requires comprehensive food, beverage and catering services from a qualified food service Contractor to operate the NRC's headquarters complex cafeteria and coffee kiosk at no cost to the Government, as well as on-site catering services on an as-needed basis.

The purpose of this Amendment Number 2 is to add clause 52.237-3, Continuity of Services (Jan 1981) to the solicitation.
