The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source contract for the Non-recurring (NRE) tasks associated with production incorporation of Government Furnished Equipment of the Next Generation Operator System Interface (NGOSI) as a form, fit and function replacement of the current Control Indicator (keysets) with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) of Stratford, CT. This NRE effort will be awarded under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-08-G-0010. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
