Quantity:  5,680 ft. with an option to procure an additional 5,680 ft. at a date to be determined after the award of the contract up to 14 days before the final delivery of the base quantity.

The response date listed above is an estimate.  The solicitation will be available approximately 15 days after this notice is posted on this website and in The Commerce Business Daily on or about 10 February 2014.  The solicitation will not be available until the solicitation issue date.

Based on market research the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies and services.  However, interested parties may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.

This acquisition may be subject to the Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the Unites States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979.  All offers shall be submitted in the English language and in U. S. dollars.  All interested parties may submit an offer.

While price may be a significant factor in the award decision the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other factors described in the solicitation.
