Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition.  Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%.  The requested delivery will be 85 DARO based on PLT estimate. 

Approved sources are CAGE 02101, P/N 1912-02A and CAGE 94756, P/N 10875-899-11.  NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review on April 20, 2012.  NSN is not a commercial item.  The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance.  A Subcontracting Plan is not required.  Formal Cost and Pricing Data is not required.  EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met.  Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met.
