Solicitation SPE4AX-19-R-0046, NSN 6230-00-533-4960 Lantern, Electric may result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).  This is a 100% Small Business set-aside solicitation for fully competitive item.  The period of performance for the contract will be a 1-year base period with four 1-year option periods, total of possible 5 years. 

The item is coded Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Specific requirements to include Inspection/Acceptance Destination, FOB Origin, and estimated annual quantities, along with the minimum and maximum delivery order quantities will be stated in the solicitation. 

All offers that qualify under the terms of the set-aside will be considered.  The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or around 09 August, 2019.
