The NSN:6340-00-052-6363 has unit issue of each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other- than Full and Open competition.  The NSN has an AMC/AMSC of "1C". There are two approved sources listed in the item description. Tyco Electronics Corporation DBA, CAGE 00779, P/N: 2009S and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation DBA, CAGE 78286, P/N: 65901-02056-101. This is a First Destination Program, therefore FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination applies.  

The Guaranteed Minimum is 17 each for the base year only. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) is 65 each, Minimum Delivery Order is 17, Maximum Delivery Order is 33 each, and Maximum Contract Quantity is 505 for the base year and for each option year.  Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery is for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Solicitation will be issued on May 23, 2014, with a closing date of June 25, 2014.
