NSWCPD requests on a sole-source basis the acqusition of quantity two (2) DAU Enclosures from 901D LLC as they are the OEM of the units. These units in paticular must be porcured for NSWCPD's land based test facility in order to replacate the exact shipboard conditions and enviorment when testing the systems. 901D is the supplier for the current shipboard units, for this reason no alternatives are able to meet the needs of the request.
