The sole source award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1); only one source is reasonably available. This requirement is not set aside for small businesses. CDC is not requesting competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. Interested parties who believe they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement should submit a capability statement demonstrating their abilities to meet this requirement no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, by August 10, 2012.
