REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR Nutanix To: All Interested Vendors You are invited to submit a formal proposal (bid) for Nutanix server solution for Morgan County Government in accordance with the attached General Conditions and Specifications. Proposals from bidders will be received by Morgan County Government until 11:00 A.M. EST, on Monday, July 25th. Proposals must be emailed to the attention of Trevor Giddens at [email protected] Emailed proposals will only be deemed accepted for consideration upon delivery of a confirmation email from the county to the vendor’s email indicating receipt of proposal. If vendor does not receive confirmation of receipt of proposal via email, vendor should consider proposal not to have been delivered. Morgan County reserves right to postpone bid opening to later the same day beyond original due date/time in event of delay of email services. Once time has been called and the first proposal has been opened, any proposals received thereafter will be rejected. Proposals must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening. Morgan County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality or technicality and to accept that proposal which, in the judgement of the proper officials, is in the best interest of Morgan County. Cost will not be the sole factor in the selection process. If no acceptable proposal is received Morgan County also reserves the right to re-solicit proposals, at its sole discretion. By submitting a proposal, the respondent represents and warrants that no official or employee of Morgan County has an interest, directly or indirectly in the proposal or in the final contract award. The respondent further understands proposals will be rejected if there is any evidence of collusion with another respondent.
