The Department is soliciting comprehensive applications, for each designated service areas, to provide WIC Program services, including nutritional assessment and education, as well as providing allowable foods, to income eligible pregnant, breast-feeding or postpartum women, infants and children up to five years of age, who are at nutritional risk because of medical problems or poor diets.
