Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center ? Atlantic (SSC$B!>(BLANT), Charleston, SC intends to increase the ceiling of contract N65236-11-D-3217 with Raytheon Trusted Computer Solutions Inc., Herndon, VA by $900,000 to procure additional Raytheon SecureOffice Trusted Thin Client software bundles in the Fourth Option Year of the current contract. These Raytheon SecureOffice Trusted Thin Client software bundles are for the support of fielded Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR) Increment 1 Version 3 (I1V3) and CSRR Increment 1 Version 4 (I1V4). This action is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract ceiling increase based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the work required would be advantageous to the Government.
