The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District seeks to purchase a multi-panel wall-length whiteboard with Tracks to fit in an alcove space measuring 96 inches high, 110 inches wide, and 18 inches deep, that utilizes the alcove space to the maximum extent possible.

MULTI-PANELED MAGNETIC WHITEBOARD and TRACKS SPECIFICATIONS

The Government seeks to purchase a whiteboard that utilizes the alcove space to the maximum extent possible.

Track Frame material

Gray (bare steel) or white in color with six (6) tracks

Track Frame Measurements

Height: Maximum: 96” / Minimum: 86”

Width: Maximum: 109” / Minimum: 108”

Depth: Maximum: 18” / Minimum: 15”

Rear Panel(s)

1. One (1) plain magnetic steel-backed whiteboard panel aligning with the overall whiteboard system dimensions within the space constraints of the alcove.

(or)

1. Two (2) plain magnetic steel-backed whiteboard panels meeting the dimensions outlined under “Sliding Panels” below.

Sliding Panels

Six (6) plain magnetic steel-backed whiteboard panels to provide an overall two (2) panel front-view. Panels shall fall within the following dimensional constraints:

Height: Maximum: 91.5” / Minimum: 86”

Width: Maximum: 54” / Minimum: 48”

Three (3) of the six (6) whiteboards shall include map-mounting capabilities.
