NSWC, IHEODTD Indian Head, intends to award a sole source contract to Eagle Picher Technologies, Joplin MO.  

This Procurement is for Ordnance Assessment Surveillance Testing on the DODIC EY28

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541380 Size Standard $15 million. The FSC code is H213.  The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract.  Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1).
