NSWC, IHEODTD Indian Head, intends to award a sole source contract to Universal Propulsion Company, Fairfield, CA.   This Procurement is for Ordnance Assessment Testing V-22 Egress Components (DODIC WA98, WA99, WB01-WB04, JJL01)

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541380 Size Standard $15 million. The FSC code is H213.  The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract.  Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1).
