This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for OB/GYN Services for the Indian Health Service Hospital, Fort Yates, ND prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subbpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquistion procedures pursuant to the authority in FAR Part 13, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items (Title VII of the Federal Acquisition Act of 1994 (Public  Law 103-355)).  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; therefore a written solictation will not be issued. The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is seeking the OB/GYN Services for the Fort Yates Hospital, Fort Yates, ND.  This is a small business set aside.  The period of performance will be February 25, 2011 - September 30, 2011.  The NACIS code is 621111 the IS OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.  The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions are those in effect through 2005-48.  Please fill out and sign the SF-1449 along with any applicable documents necessary to complete the quote.
