The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Healthcare Service Purchase Order for an Obstetrician to provide Obstetricial & Gynecological services at the Wagner PHS, IHS Health Center in Wagner, South Dakota. The period of performance will be from October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009. The Contractor shall perform according to the Statement of Work. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of the purchase order. Requests for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) package, RFQ-08-134, shall be in writing either by email or fax, please provide the postal mailing address to mail the RFQ package to. The RFQ package will be released approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this publication which will be August 29, 2008. The closing date of the RFQ package is September 12, 2008.
