Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the Government’s intent to award non-schedule items as a sole-source to BAE Systems Information Technology, Inc., 2525 Network Place, Herndon, VA 20171 for the procurement of OC3 circuits, recurring maintenance for network/security cost and reoccurring data center cost in association with an award for Infrastructure Support Services being made to BAE under its schedule contract GS-35F-0045K. This notice is not a formal solicitation and not considered a request for quotation or proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. . If no responses are received by 12:00 p.m., September 30, 2008, the Government reserves the right to execute an award without publishing a solicitation. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
