The FHWA-EFLHD will procure an 8(a) sole source contract for the Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge, Project RRP-OCB 10(1), Solicitation Number DTFH71-12-R-00006, located in Prince William County, Virginia. The project consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 1.1 miles of Auto Tour Road (Route 010) and three parking areas. The work includes earthwork, aggregate base and cement treated aggregate stabilization, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt pavement milling, Superpave asphalt concrete pavement overlay, and other miscellaneous work. The project is expected to fall within the price range of $500,000 to $1,000,000. The SBA Requirement number is 0304-12-202326.
