This requirement is sole sourced to: Datawell BV Oceanographic Instruments Zomerlustraat 4 Haarlem, Noord-Holland, 2012LM, Netherlands as the sole manufacturer of buoys that provide for satellite transmissions, necessary pre-calculated algorithms, compatible data streams, and can be deployed in deeper ocean waters. Any firms believing that they can provide these items may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firms ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship.
