The South Dakota National Guard has a primary requirement for commercial latrines and hand wash stations in and around West Camp Rapid and Fort Meade in Rapid City and Sturgis, South Dakota for Officer Candidate School (OCS). Performance will be from May 3, 2024 until September 8, 2024 with two option years. Anticipate the solicitation being posted to contract opportunities within one week of this pre-solicitation posting with additional details. 

The contractor will provide latrines upon request by the Government. This solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures. Additional information will be provided in the full solicitation. 

This will be a total small business set aside resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Award.
