The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland, Competency 5.4, is requiring the acquisition of maintenance for the Moega-Data –Enviornment (ODE) Software Suite (DADMS # 32762); to support v22, BAMS, cassified and unclassified telemetry and onboard data visualization, analysis, and distribution, as a sole source requirement to Wyle Laboratories, INC. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement. The Government will consider all capability statements received in response to this notice. The Government reserves the right to process this procurement as a sole source based on the responses received.
