This is a notice of the County’s intent to procure a product on a single source basis under the authority of Snohomish County Code 3.04.180. This Notice is not a request for competitive bids or proposals as there is no solicitation available. Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this Notice of Intent to Award on a Single Source Basis will not be considered as bids, quotes or proposals. Snohomish County intends to proceed with a single source procurement for Odyssey File & Serve (OFS) and Odyssey Guide & File (OGF). The proposed awardee is Tyler Technologies. The estimated value of this service is $150,000 per year. The purpose of this procurement is to implement electronic filing (e-filing) functionality that will seamlessly and fully integrate with Tyler Technologies E-Filing Manager (EFM) and the existing case management system, Odyssey Case Manager (OCM), also by Tyler Technologies. Firms or individuals may identify their interest and capability to compete for this procurement by submitting an email with the firm’s name, point of contact, telephone number and email address, together with a statement describing their capability to provide the specified functionality and integration.
