The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole source contract to BAE Systems, Information and Electronics, Nashau, New Hampshire for FY19-22Antenna Group OE-120B/UPX Installation and Checkout (INCO) Kits.  It is anticipated that the contract will procure six (6) INCO Kits.  These quantities are approximations and may change, depending on funding.  This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to the provisions of FAR 6.301-2, "Only One Responisible Source."  Firms interested in subcontracting opportunities may contact Mr. Bob Guessferd at BAE at [email protected].  The Government does not intend to use the provisions of FAR Part 12 for this acquisition.
