Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Offender Pharmacy Services to the Department of Corrections (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. The Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) requires support for pharmacy services for GDC's offender population, including support for the transition from its current model of pharmacy services. The scope of end-to-end service delivery includes the sourcing and purchasing of medications, delivery of medications, packaging and dispensing of medications for use, pharmacy advisory services, support for IT systems, and administration of pharmacy services.
