DESC: MSG/CEF at Maxwell Air Force Base, is requesting information for Office Furniture. This is a Request for Information (RFI) ONLY. It is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS RFI OR OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SOLICITED. The purpose of this market research (Source Sought Synopsis) is to determine if the Office Furniture is commercially available. The Office Furniture should be of the Mayline Corsica Series or of equal value. The vendor will be required to set up individual office furniture and remove all trash. PLEASE NOTE, A SITE VISIT IS REQUIRED. Below are the specifications:

CLIN 0001-AA: Office 1- Credenza 72wX29D x 301/2h w/o drawers with a hutch cabinet(72w x 15d x 39h) with four class doors with self closing hinges and task lighting underneath. Firms responding to this RFI are asked to provide the following information in their initial response: company's full name, business size, address, point of contact, and a clear indication as to whether or not they can provide the item the government is seeking. Final responses to this RFI will be due at 2pm, central standard time (CST), on 14 September 10. As industry may expect to see portions of submitted information in future solicitations, portions of the response containing proprietary information should be clearly marked as such.
