The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified artists whose legal residence is within Clark County, Nevada (Offerors), to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for consideration to design, fabricate, deliver and install artwork suitable to enhance the public space underneath the existing Ogden Avenue Union Pacific Railroad Underpass between City Parkway and Main Street.. See documents under the Attachments Tab for specific requirements. The artist selected for award will be required to submit certification of Emerging Small Business Status, and residence or primary place of business within Clark County, Nevada. The budget for this project is $485,000. Questions regarding this solicitation must be directed in writing to the Purchasing & Contracts Representative named in the Bid Contact Information.
