NGA has a need to monitor Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) tank fill levels with a worldwide subscription to a dataset that includes, but is not limited to, the top global oil exporters and importers (e.g at a minimum including Angola, Brazil, China, Iran, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and Venezuela). NGA is interested in broadening our understanding of global oil storage and trade trends that affect economic growth.

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to change the proposal due date to 13 March 2020 at 9:00am CST.  Additionally, solicitation questions and answers have been added to the solicitation for reference; see attached. 

Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of the amendment by one of the methods in section 11  of the amendment.  The preferred method is to sign the amendment and include all amendments with your proposal submission.
