The 366th Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources that can provide an all weather above ground double wall UL-142 Listed rectangular steel tank with all standard factory installed equipment package ( equivalent to SPB-1A by Safety-T-Tank Corp) for used oil storage with 5 gallon overfill spill prevention pour box. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified sources. The anticipated contract type will be firm fixed price. All weather above ground double wall UL-142 Listed rectangular steel tank with all standard factory installed equipment package ( equivalent to SPB-1A by Safety-T-Tank Corp) for used oil storage with 5 gallon overfill spill prevention pour box. Require corrosion protection in accordance with SSPC SP-1 and NACE 1 Standards. To include corrosion protection by PPG high performance industrial quality performance coatins. Ferrous surfaces to be coated with two-component polyamide-epoxy mastic applies to a dry film thickness (DFT) of 4 to 7 mils. Top coat to be two-component white acrylic aliphatic urethane applied to 2 to 3 mils DFT. Tanks will be labeled in accordance with OSHA 7 NFPA requirements.
