The Project consists of removal of existing play structure and safety surface. Installation of new play structure and surfacing, site improvements and ADA restroom toilet accessory upgrades. Two Mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on June 19, 2024 and June 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Olinda Elementary School, located at 5855 Olinda Rd, Richmond, CA 94803. All prospective Bidders are required to sign in at the Administration Building. The Site Visit is expected to take approximately one hour. Failure to attend at least one pre-bid conference, or tardiness will render bid ineligible.
