The project is the Revitalization of Gene Leahy Mall, Heartland of America Park and Lewis & Clark Landing for Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority (MECA) in Omaha, NE. Kiewit Infrastructure Co. is the Construction Manager for MECA and HDR Architecture, Inc. (HDR) is the lead designer. MECA is building a state of the art Tri-Park Complex to enhance the downtown Omaha area and enhance the access & use of the Missouri Riverfront. The Requests for Proposals will be competitively bid out in multiple scope packages.
