This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a contract to OMT Technologies in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". This requirement is for a radio automation interface and installation services for AFN-BCto expand use from Army Television only across all AMVID functions and personnel which will include the following additional modules: Weave, Web Reports, Chorus, Duplication Manager, and Production Workflow Manager (NAICS: 334210/1000 Employees). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to this requirement. This public notice of intent is for sole source purposes and not a request for competitive proposals. Responses received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
