Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition

The United States Government intends to award a lease using other than full and open competition for space at Newark Liberty International Airport, Newark, NJ for the Transportation Security Administration.

The Government requires 187 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 187 ANSI/BOMA office area. The space must be located on airport property, Terminal B and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
