This is a presolicitation synopsis. A previous Request for Information was posted under Solicitation W31P4Q-15-R-0051, posted on 10 July 2015. This proposed acquisition is a follow-on procurement for on-site contractor depot level diagnosis, clean up, repair and maintenance of Army Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Command (AMCOM) managed PATRIOT Missile System major items deployed in Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations. The contractor shall provide depot level diagnosis, clean up, repair and maintenance on all PATRIOT major items; including services required to return and maintain PATRIOT major items to maximum operational readiness both CONUS and OCONUS. The requirement consists of a base year with options and two option years for FY16-FY18. The proposed contractor for this effort is Raytheon Company, 350 Lowell St., Andover, MA, 01810-4400, CAGE Code 05716. Raytheon is the current contractor for depot level diagnosis, fault isolation, and repair capability for PATRIOT major items. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual part number basis for a specific manufacturing location (CAGE).
