Perform an engineered repair of SSN 777 Class Forward Subassembly SN 29921 at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY) in accordance with References (a) through (e), as applicable.  The contractor shall provide all necessary tooling, equipment, and personnel for the inspection and repair of the propulsor. Note that welding may be required on both HY-80 steel and Nickel Aluminum Bronze.  Only the following inspections and repairs shall be accomplished in accordance with the requirements of References (a) and (b) except as modified herein.
