U.S. Army Contracting Command intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price contract to The Baird Machinery Corporation, 171 River Street, Thomaston, CT 06787 for the purchase of a Rebuilt US Baird Transfer Press for the Armament Research and Development Center (ARDEC) at Picatinny Arsenal under the Women Owned Small Business Program in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 19.1503.

The requirement is for one (1) Rebuilt US Baird Transfer Press, Model #3-25, Serial #31000-38.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or proposal, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS code for this effort is 333519 and the small business sized standard is 500 employees.
