The Department of Parks, Recreation & Waterfront (BPRW) leases the second floor of the Old North End Community Center from Champlain Housing Trust. The second floor is home to the CORE Adult Center, Very Merry Theater, and the Janet Munt Family Room, as well as offices for BPRW staff and programming spaces. Room 219 was previously sub-leased by the Vermont Hindu Temple, but their sub-lease has not been renewed and the space is now available for a new sublessee.
