This Request for Quote (RFQ) is pursuant to award of a Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request(MIPR) submitted by  the Office of the Chief Army Reserve to procure a quantity of 9 of KForce Government Solutions (KGS) Master Console-Gepetto (Part Number KGS-TFX-MCON-1) Brand Name only.  Each of these consoles will be used to control multiple mannequin simulators already purchased from KGS and in place at Forts Gordon, McCoy and Camp Parks and will be delivered FOB Destination to the aboveformentioned destinations within 14 days ARO. 

This procurement iis being solicited via Open Market; thus FAR Subpart 6.3 is being invoked to limit sources to only  KForce Government Solutions (KGS) Master Console-Gepetto (Part Number KGS-TFX-MCON-1) Brand Name only. (See Brand Name Justification Attachment in accrodance with FAR 6.302-1(c))

Vendor will have two business days to respond to the RFP. Award will be all or none basis using the evaluation criteria of lowest price technically acceptable with FOB
Destination pricing and marked in accordance with MILITARY STANDARD 129R. (See attachment) Quantity listed is guaranteed. 

Quoted items must be TAA complaint KForce Government Solutions (KGS) Master Console-Gepetto (Part Number KGS-TFX-MCON-1) Brand Name only. (See Brand Name Justification Attachment in accrodance with FAR 6.302-1(c))

Items are subject to review by the Northeast and Caribbean Supply & Acquisition Center's Technical Services Branch prior to award. Also, proposed awardee's past performance will be evaluated as an element of a responsibility determination prior to award and must be determined to be satisfactory. Past performance evaluation will include a review of Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information Systems (FAPIIS.gov) and System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to determine capability to perform the contract.
