The Government intends to purchase on a sole source, firm fixed-price basis an Online SysML Training for a NAVAIR Systems Engineering Transformation (SET) initiative. This requirement is a sole source contract action to Delligatti Associates, 7428 Woodward Springs Drive, Pearland, TX 77584. The procedures of FAR Part 13.5 and FAR Part 12 will be utilized for this commercial acquisition.

This procurement is a total set-aside for a small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.
